When something feels wrong with your body, the time between noticing a symptom and seeing a specialist can be the most stressful part of the journey.
While waiting for an appointment, many people turn to search engines, forums, or social media for answers. The information they find is often fragmented, contradictory, or alarmist. Minor symptoms can quickly seem life-threatening, creating unnecessary anxiety before a medical professional has had a chance to evaluate them.
Pocket AI Therapist was designed for this moment. Instead of leaving people alone with unreliable online information, it helps them organize their symptoms, understand potential conditions, and identify the most appropriate type of specialist to consult.
What We Built
Pocket AI Therapist is a web application where a person describes their symptoms — in text or by uploading photos — and receives an analysis of potential conditions associated with those symptoms, along with personalized recommendations for which type of specialist to consult.

The application is powered by an internally trained AI model developed specifically for symptom and condition identification. The model was trained to analyze symptom descriptions and visual inputs, returning potential diagnoses with associated confidence levels. In internal testing, the model achieved accuracy exceeding 90%.
Note: Results reflect internal testing and validation. The application is designed as a guidance tool, not a clinical diagnostic instrument.
What’s Next
Pocket AI Therapist is an active project inside HebronSoft’s Innovation Lab. The next phase focuses on expanding the model’s training data, improving the breadth of condition identification, and exploring partnerships with healthcare providers and telemedicine platforms where the application can be integrated into existing patient pathways.
