Built in California. Forged in Ukraine. Delivered globally.
The academy came before the business. We built it for young people who had no real path into tech. Then we built HebronSoft so it could keep going. The company exists to fund the mission. That sequence never reverses.

Liliya and Igor started as a family before they started as co-founders. They worked in Silicon Valley, surrounded by a culture of big thinking. They understood how that world worked. And they couldn't stop noticing who it couldn't see.
Living there, Liliya kept returning to one question: "What if the children who never get into these rooms could learn this too? Not theoretically. For real."
She made a choice. Bought a house and property for orphans in Ukraine, and opened an IT academy for them.
With the war ongoing, Igor traveled across Ukraine to find their first students. Children from the hardest environments, who had learned to survive, not to dream. He brought them back. And together, they built something that had to outlast them, a company whose engine is the mission.
I sold my share in a Silicon Valley startup and used the money to purchase a house and property for orphans and open an IT academy for them in Ukraine. It was the best decision I've ever made. When profit is the only metric, companies lose their spark. But when your core metric is human impact, you never lose the reason for building.

Every year connects to the one before it. Nothing here happened by accident.
Living in Silicon Valley, surrounded by a culture of big thinking, Liliya kept asking: what if the children who never get into these rooms could learn this too? Not theoretically. For real.
That question built an academy. The academy built a company. The company funds the question — permanently.
Our Code of Conduct is our lifestyle.
A married couple who made an unconventional choice with their Silicon Valley years. An engineering leader who thinks in systems. And the people they've built around a shared conviction.
People who chose to be here because they believe in what this ecosystem is building: the engineering, the academy, the lab, and what comes next.
Every project we deliver creates real results for our clients. We call that Impact Inside. Beyond client work, we reinvest into the ecosystem around it: an academy giving unprivileged youth access to tech education, an Innovation Lab building technology for humanity, ongoing R&D programs, and a global community united by a shared mission. We call that Impact Outside.
